Position control drives for servo motors (CDE3000) and AC gear motors (CDE/CDB3000)

The CDE/CDB3000 is one of the newest motor controller series of LUST which includes positioning features and a wide output power range based on years of development and application experience. CiA 402 modes and PLC combine both: standard motion control interface and high flexibility to realize and satisfy customer's requirements.

General hardware features:

• 0,375 kW to 1,5 kW at 230 V 1 ph AC / 0,75 kW to 90 kW at 400 V 3 ph AC
• Additional 24 V power supply and several cooling concepts
• UL and CSA Rated - integrated noise filter up to 7,5 kW and from 22 kW
• Safe standstill acc. EN 954-1
• Programmable analog and digital inputs and outputs are standard, additional I/Os are available via option modul
• Encoder interface: Resolver/TTL/SSI for CDE3000, HTL/TTL/SSI for CDB3000
• Two standard communication interfaces: serial link RS-232 and electrical isolated CAN

General sofware features:

• Beside the standard CiA 402 modes like Profile Velocity, Homing, Profile position and Interpolated position mode also extensive Positioning with table-organized sets, CAM logic and Rotary table-functions are selectable
• Online adjustable jerk limited motion profile generator with 1 ms setup time and interpolation down to 250 ms
• Customer specific units
• Internal easy to learn PLC to solve application specific issues
• Evaluation of two encoders simultaneously and electronic gear functions
• Comfortable Windows program DriveManager for easy setup with the help of several preconfigured solution and online monitoring
