Apart from its standard product range, RM Michaelides offers its customers a wide range of customized products. Not only hardware but also firmware and software can be adapted to suit specific customer requirements. Existing RM products can be modified to fit into customer applications, and it is also possible to develop completely new products that meet the exact needs of the customer.

Simple and complex modifications

The range of customized products could include, for example, simple alterations such as modified front foils, connectors or the device's LED indicators. In addition, it is possible to add features to existing devices. Complex modifications such as hardware and firmware changes to support additional interfaces can also be carried out.

Proemion service for accessing data via the Internet

For nearly all RM products and even the customer's own devices, RM also provides web-based solutions for accessing device data via the Internet. This service, called Proemion, offers complete server solutions as well as software solutions for online data and fleet management.
