The galvanic isolator is composed of two microprocessors with a CAN interface, each one is linked to its corresponding band of the CAN network. The data are transferred bidirectional between the main and the slave network with a high-speed optocoupler.

The DC/DC converter, isolator and over current protector ensures that any chance fault or sabotage doesn’t affect to the main network.

It has three LED diodes to confirm the correct operation of the input voltage, protected output and 5 V microprocessors supply.

The CAN line end is integrated and is activated by a jumper.
