In the context of transparent and collaborative development of CiA technical documents, and CiA-organized events, and CiA joint marketing activities, CiA e. V. distributes names, company affiliations, and email addresses of registered experts or membership contact persons to other persons participating in CiA activities. This information is used solely for CiA‑related purposes, including communication among participants, organization and coordination of meetings as well as events, documentation of CiA activities, development and review of CiA documents, and other activities related to the operation and governance of CiA e. V.

By participating in CiA groups, you acknowledge and agree that the abovementioned personal data may be shared within the CiA community for the listed purposes.

Participants in CiA activities agree to use personal data of other participants exclusively for CiA‑related purposes and not to disclose such data to third parties without appropriate authorization.
