CiA in emergency operation

Already last week, CiA management decided to postpone all face-to-face meetings and events. The next level is now the emergency mode of CiA office.

Due to the increasing number of Covid-19 diseases, CiA office is now in optional home-office mode with just a few employees in the office. This is necessary to take care on the health and safety of CiA staff.

But we are still in operation. All online activities continue as usual. CiA website is updated, CAN Newsletter editors’ desk is publishing articles and news, CiA online meetings take place, and webinars are scheduled. Also the email services such as CAN Info Mail and CAN Member News are provided as scheduled. Test services could be delayed, because the laboratory is not fully staffed. Technical email hotline is still operating and any other inquiry (e.g. membership request) will be handled, too.

Of course, some responses will take a little bit longer as usual.

The Covid-19 epidemic is an unusual situation and needs unusual reactions.

CiA offers to its members also a helpdesk to exchange information about problems with supply chains, for example. Perhaps, one member can help another member. Please send your requests to service(at)
